It represents the inclusion of Aerolíneas Argentinas to the “ANSES goes to your workplace” program, and it allows the company’s employees, pre-retired

employees and retired employees to carry out social security administrative stages without the need to go to a customer service center.

January 18, 2021 – Aerolíneas Argentinas and ANSES (National Social Security Administration, for its Spanish acronym) signed an agreement whereby the

flag carrier becomes part of the “ANSES goes to your workplace” program, and by which employees will be able to carry out social security administrative

stages at the company’s place of business, rather than at a customer service center.

Pablo Ceriani, President of Aerolíneas Argentinas, and María Fernanda Raverta, head of ANSES signed the agreement.

This agreement, which becomes effective upon execution, includes the chance for employees to carry out some administrative stages such as obtaining the

social security password and the CUIL (Employee Identification number, for its Spanish acronym), as well as general allowances, prenatal, maternity, schooling

benefits, health insurance plans, authorizations to third parties, fingerprint registration, pre-retirement administrative stages and adjustment of benefits, among

others.

Besides, it provides for the training of the Human Resources technical assistants identified by the company, as well as induction training to pre-retired employees

and customer service support, through visits by the ANSES staff on previously scheduled dates.

Pablo Ceriani, President of Aerolíneas Argentinas, said that “this agreement is really useful for our employees, and it entails modernization, since employees will be

able to carry out administrative stages without wasting time or needing to commute, which, in our present scenario, also prevents unnecessary circulation”.

On her part, María Fernanda Raverta, Head of ANSES expressed that “This agreement is very important for our institution to bring the social security system closer

to the employees of our flag carrier so that they may carry out administrative stages directly and without intermediaries.”

The “ANSES goes to your workplace” program focuses on creating a channel for the attention of employees, spouses, cohabitating partners, and their children under

18, who work in companies, Governmental Bodies or who are otherwise eligible through representation in Intermediary Entities or Private Not-For-Profit Entities.
