Commercial policy applied to passengers flying with other companies

Aerolíneas Argentinas has been taking the necessary steps to allow passengers who have purchased tickets from other airlines to fly home with the Argentine flag carrier through the endorsement of tickets and/or the issuance of codeshare tickets. In all cases, passengers must visit the commercial offices of the company from whom they have purchased their original tickets so that a new reservation to fly with Aerolíneas Argentinas may be issued.

The company has also implemented a contingency plan through a special WhatsApp line, its call center and its customer service offices in Europe and the United States.

It is worth mentioning that during the last weekend the company received 62,000 requests.
