Aerolíneas Argentinas Reactivates Its Federal Corridors Without Going Through Buenos Aires

As of March, some intersegment services and the so-called “Oil Corridor” will become operative.

March 2, 2021 – Aerolíneas Argentinas has confirmed the return of its “Oil Corridor” and some intersegment routes

which were inoperative due to the flight suspensions caused by the pandemic.

As regards the “Oil Corridor”, the company has announced the return of the routes between Comodoro Rivadavia

and Neuquén, and between Mendoza and Neuquén. In both cases, there will be 2 weekly flights.

The route between Córdoba and Mendoza is also part of the “Oil Corridor”, with 4 weekly flights since January.

The routes between Córdoba and Neuquén, and between Córdoba and Salta will also become operative as of March.

There will be 2 weekly flights for each route. This is in addition to the route between Córdoba and Bariloche, which

became operative in January.

It is worth noting that other federal corridor services offered by the company are already operative, such as Rosario –

Bariloche,  Ushuaia – El Calafate and seasonal flights connecting Mar del Plata with Córdoba, Rosario, and Tucumán.
