Aerolineas Argentinas informs that, due to operational reasons, it has deprogrammed its weekly flight that operated between Buenos Aires and Caracas.
Passengers without trip started:
- May request a 100% refund of their ticket value.
- Rerouting without charging fare difference, penalty, or issuance fee is authorized only for those passengers who wish to fly to/from Bogotá only with Aerolíneas Argentinas.
- Rerouting is allowed, except for the payment of the penalty and issuance fee, paying the corresponding fare difference.
- Passengers with Aerolíneas Plus tickets are authorized for the above listed cases.
Passengers with trip started:
- Refund of 50% of the fare paid will be allowed. If the passenger has an Aerolíneas Plus ticket, the miles for the unused flight segment will be refunded.
- Rerouting without charging fare difference, penalty, or issuance fee is authorized only for those passengers who wish to fly to/from Bogotá only with Aerolíneas Argentinas.
The Bogotá - Caracas leg and vice versa shall be borne by the passenger.
- Passengers with Aerolíneas Plus tickets are authorized for the above listed cases.
Clarifications:
