INFORMATION HURRICANE IRMA

Passengers are informed that the Miami Airport will not be operational from 4:00 pm local time on September 8 due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Irma in that city. For that reason, Aerolíneas Argentinas is forced to cancel its flights to and from that city between September 8 (partially) and September 10 inclusive. The operation of September 11 will be subject to the decision of said airport, which will be informed in a timely manner.

Since entry to Miami airport will be restricted to only passengers with confirmed flights, it is requested not to go to the airport of said city.
A special policy has been enabled for passengers who wish to change their flights:


Passengers with travel planned:

  • From or to Miami, on Aerolineas Argentinas flights
  • Between September 8 and September 11, 2017
  • The ticket was issued before September 5, 2017

 

Will be able to:

  • Change the flight date keeping the route and cabin class without penalty or fare difference to fly until November 10, 2017.
  • For flights after November 10, 2017, a fare difference and penalty will be applied according to fare conditions.
  • Change the route via New York, keeping the same cabin class without penalty, fee or fare difference to fly until November 10, 2017.
  • For flights after November 10, 2017, a fare difference and penalty will be applied according to fare conditions.
  • Use the ticket as credit for any route, traveling until November 10, 2017 without penalty, paying fare difference.
  • For flights after November 10, 2017, a penalty will be applied according to fare conditions.
  • Request the refund of the unused flight segment, according to fare conditions.

The refund request must be made through the original issuance channel.
