In-flight health protocols

 


 

Flights

  • It is compulsory both for passengers and for our crew members to wear a surgical mask or a face mask at all times.
  • If you have a medical condition or disability that prevents you from putting your face mask on and off easily, contact us at producto@aerolineas.com.ar, at least 72 hours before your flight.
  • Limit your movement while onboard the aircraft. If you need to go to the lavatory, check that the status indicator is green before getting up from your seat, and avoid queuing.
  • Our crew will provide you with any health forms that may be requested by the health authorities of the country of destination.

 


 

On-board services

Our food and drink service is limited according to flight duration and destination.

Domestic flights

  • Premium Economy class: we offer a cold menu in a tray, with soft drinks, mineral water and hot drinks.
  • Economy class: depending on the duration of the flight:

           -For flights of less than 1 hour and 25 minutes, water is available upon request.
           -For flights that last more than 1 hour and 25 minutes but less than 2 hours and 30 minutes, we offer cold and hot drinks.
           -For flights exceeding 2 hours and 30 minutes, we offer an industrialized product in an individual bag with cold and hot drinks.
           -For flights to El Calafate and Ushuaia, we offer two industrialized products in individual bags with cold and hot drinks.

Regional Flights

  • Premium Economy class: we offer a cold menu, with soft drinks, mineral water and hot drinks.
  • Economy class: we offer fresh and/or industrialized products in individual packages (depending on the duration of the flight) and mineral water. 
Flights to Lima
  • Premium Economy class: we offer a hot snack in a tray. Soft drinks, beer, mineral water and hot drinks are also available.
  • Economy class: we offer a cold snack made up of fresh products in a tray, with soft drinks and mineral water.
Flights to Bogota
  • Business class: we offer a hot menu in a tray, with soft drinks, beer, a variety of wines, mineral water and hot drinks.
  • Economy class: we offer a cold menu made up of fresh products in a tray, with soft drinks and mineral water.

International Flights 

  • Business class: we offer a hot menu in a tray, according to the time of your flight, with soft drinks, a variety of wines, beer, mineral water and hot drinks. 
  • Economy class: we offer cold breakfast and lunch/dinner with a hot option in a tray. Soft drinks, mineral water and hot drinks are also available.

Special Meals 

Special meals must be requested at least 48 hours before the departure of your flight. The following special menus are available:

Domestic and Regional Flights:
  • Gluten-free menu.
International Flights:

Kids’ menu (2 to 12 years old) 

Menu for passengers with diabetes

Low-fat and low-cholesterol menu

Low-sodium menu

Gluten-free menu

Lactose-free menu

Lacto-ovo-vegetarian menu (including dairy products and eggs)

Vegetarian menu without dairy products (vegan option)

Indian menu 

Muslim menu

Kosher menu 

(*) Soft and mild menu (lightly seasoned food)

(*) Seafood (shellfish and mollusks)

(*) Asian vegetarian menu 

(*) Eastern vegetarian menu

(*) This service is NOT available for flights departing from Cancún 

Blankets and Pillows:

  • This service is available for international flights.

Disposable Earphones:

  • They will be provided upon request in all flights that have in-flight entertainment.  

     

 

Disembarking

  • Wait for the front row to be cleared before you pick your carry-on baggage and disembark.
