To check in online, you must enter your booking code and your last name as it appears in your booking.

You can check in online through your PC or a mobile device between 48 hours and 55 minutes before the departure time of a domestic flight, or between 24 hours and 70 minutes before the departure time of an international flight.

You can also reprint your boarding pass from the Online Check-In option.This service is not available for codeshare flights with numbers 7000 through 7999 operated by other companies.

Click here to add an email address in your ticket. This is very important so that we may contact you if there are any changes to your flight.

For flights between Argentina and Chile, the maximum weight limit established for 1 piece of baggage is 23 kg; therefore, any piece of baggage exceeding such weight limit will not be accepted as checked baggage. In addition, in these cases, payment of excess baggage will not be allowed, and the baggage will have to be dispatched through Cargo, duly in advance and upon payment of the applicable charge.

Check all the information and, once the process has been completed, check your email address where you will receive your electronic boarding pass with a QR code. Remember to have this boarding pass at hand at the airport. If you choose to print it, you can do so by clicking “Print Boarding Pass”, or you can also print it from the file you will receive by email.

 

General Conditions:

This service is available for:

  • Passengers who have an e-ticket
  • All origins and destinations of Aerolíneas Argentinas
  • Domestic flights departing within 48 hours and up to 55 minutes before the estimated departure time. For Regional and International flights departing within 24 hours and up to 70 minutes before the estimated departure time
  • Up to 15 passengers included in the same booking
  • Flights operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas

This service is not available for:

  • Passengers who do not have a valid e-ticket
  • Passengers who require special assistance
  • Unaccompanied minors under the age of 12
  • Waitlisted passengers, passengers without a confirmed booking or standby passengers
  • Passengers with courtesy tickets
  • Company employees traveling on duty
  • Aerolíneas Plus members traveling with a companion
  • Passengers with tickets requiring a special type of verification
  • Passengers departing in codeshare flights with numbers 7000 through 7999 operated by other companies.

Please bear the following in mind:

  • If you are traveling in a domestic flight from Aeroparque, Ezeiza or Córdoba, you must show up at the airport 60 minutes before the estimated departure time if you are traveling without baggage, or 90 minutes before departure if you are dispatching any baggage.
  • If you are traveling in a regional or international flight from Aeroparque, Ezeiza or Córdoba, you must show up at the airport 90 minutes before the estimated departure time if you are traveling without baggage, or 120 minutes before departure if you are dispatching any baggage.
  • If you are traveling in a regional or international flight from any airport within Argentina other than Córdoba, you must show up at the airport 75 minutes before the estimated departure time if you are traveling without baggage, or 90 minutes before departure if you are dispatching any baggage.
  • If you are traveling from an airport located abroad, you must show up at the airport 90 minutes before the estimated departure time if you are traveling without baggage, or 120 minutes before departure if you are dispatching any baggage.
  • You can board using the QR code appearing in the electronic boarding pass that you received in your email address to/from any of our destinations, except in flights for which QR codes are not available and printed boarding passes are accepted.
  • To board your flight, show up with your electronic boarding pass or check-in confirmation and a valid ID (ID Card, National Identity Document or Passport).
  • This service is not available for codeshare flights with numbers 7000 through 7999 operated by other companies.
