Conditions for Aerolíneas Plus Tickets

 

 

 

 

Conditions

 

  • The above charts apply to tickets issued as from March 05, 2024.
  • Promotional Class not available for regional and international routes in flights departing as from October 1, 2024.

  • Baggage Allowance: Everything a passenger is authorized to carry without charge according to the fare purchased. This includes checked baggage in the hold and carry-on items in the cabin.

         - Carry-On Baggage: All tickets issued by mileage redemption allow passengers to bring 1 personal item up to 3 kg free of charge, and 1 carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 8 kg for domestic flights, and 10 kg for regional/international flights.

         - Checked Baggage: All tickets issued by mileage redemption, except for those issued in Promotional class*, allow passengers to check 1 or more bags, depending on the fare. This suitcase, bag, or backpack must not exceed 158 cm in the sum of its three dimensions.

Children under 12 years old: Same baggage allowance as an adult passenger.

Children under 2 years old: No baggage allowance. They may only transport, free of charge and in the load compartment, a stroller/walker or a collapsible pram.

(*) Baggage Allowance in Promotional Class: For tickets issued from November 23, 2024, only includes 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item.

  • Ticket issuances and reissues managed through all available sales channels (Web, Contact Center -via telephone or WhatsApp- or Sales Offices) are subject to the Issuance and Reissuance Fee.

          - Domestic Flights: USD 15

          - Flights to South America: USD 30.25

          - Flights to Dominican Republic, Mexico, United States and Europe: USD 48.40

 

  • Date changes

          - Tourist and Premium Economy/Business Class: Allowed.

          - Promotional Class: Allowed with charge.

          Domestic flights:

          -Tickets issued until  03/04/2024: ARS 12,000

          -Tickets issued until  02/14/2024: ARS 9,000

          -Tickets issued until  12/19/2023: ARS 6,000

          -Tickets issued until  11/27/2023: ARS 2,500

 

          Flights to South America: USD 75

          Flights to Caribbean and United States: USD 150

          Flights to Europe: USD 175

The reported penalties apply to adult and minor passengers (2 to 11 years). Infants (0 to 1 year) must pay 10% of them, exclusively on regional and international flights.

  • Refunds

          - Tourist and Premium Economy/Business Class: Allowed. The Issuance and Reissuance Fee paid timely will not be refunded. Only the total number of miles and the amount duly paid as rates and taxes will be reimbursed.

          - Promotional Class: Not allowed.

  • Requests for a ticket change or a refund (where applicable) must be made before the departure of the flight by contacting the Contact Center at 54 (11) 5199-3555 or via WhatsApp, or through the website / My Booking or at the Sales Offices of Aerolíneas Argentinas.
