JULY 28, 2020 – Aerolíneas Argentinas confirmed today two flights to New York on August 20 and 27.
These are the first flights operated by the company since the temporary suspension of operations commenced in mid-March, and they are part of the special flights program implemented since then.
Exceptionally and as a main novelty, these flights will be covered by the “Hot Sale” purchase benefits: 12-month interest-free installments payment plans with all banks and credit cards. Besides, they are the only flights departing before September 1 included by the company in the annual commercial electronic event.
It is worth remembering that, as part of the “Hot Sale”, from July 27 up to and including July 29, Aerolíneas is offering fares at a 20% discount for domestic flights within Argentina, installments payment plans and a new “super flexible” fare to allow passengers to change their tickets at no extra cost or charge.
Finally, the company announced today that, during the first 24 hours of the “Hot Sale”, approximately 27,000 tickets were sold, a number even higher than the one recorded in the 2019 sale. Besides, Aerolíneas reported that 91% of the tickets purchased were for domestic flights.
