On the same day that you plan to travel, you can advance your flight to any previous time WITHOUT COST as long as the fare you have purchased allows it and the new flight chosen has availability in the same cabin.

For example, if you have a flight at 6:00 p.m. and that day you finish your meetings, or whatever at noon, you don't have to waste time. You will be able to advance your ticket for any previous flight at!

How can I make the change?

- If you purchase your ticket at a travel agency, you have to request it from them.

- If you purchase your ticket at Aerolíneas Argentinas, you can make the change at the airport or by calling the Contact Center: Air Shuttle option.

The Air Shuttle benefit (the “Benefit”) will be valid from November 1, 2022 only for direct flights operated between Jorge Newbery International Airport (“AEP”) of the City of Buenos Aires and the São Paulo-Guarulhos Airport (“GRU”) operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. and Gol Linheas Aereas S.A. The Benefit consists of the possibility of anticipating the original flight to another flight with seats available on the same day, in the same cabin and route of the original ticket. The change will be free of charge if the ticket was purchased under the fare types: PLUS, FLEX or PREMIUM ECONOMY, or it will have a charge of USD 20 (twenty US dollars) per passenger for the BASIS fare type. Aerolíneas Argentinas Plus Gold, Platinum and Diamond members will be able to access the Benefit free of charge in all fare types.
